tak tau la kenapa our weekends days pun nak kacau suh dtg keje.. eiii.. geramnya.. tak faham lar.. nak buat aper kat opis nie... tapi the HODs yang tak finalised the list.. it is not our mistake k... then why the management drag the staffs as well... tau la kitaorg nie HR... staffs is our matter, since the HODs yang tak abis2 tukar list tue kenapa?? nak kata tak cerdik, ada Master and PhD.. cerdik in their area only tapi manage people mmg out...
As HR practitioners kena advice the management.... HOWEVER if the management tak faham... so camna ???? are we the HR staff should be blame???
based EA 1955, kitaorg nie definitely takkan cover under act... handbook explanation is vague....no wonder the turnover is sooooo HIGH!!!!!!
If the HR staff are leaving the organization... it means the organization is not well managed.. aren't they??? but i want to change the culture... to give a better environment which people love to come to work... without any hesitation...
What i've see in the department ada 2 groups which golongan A and golongan B.... well, that's the office politics...siapa yang pandai bodek dia lar yang habuan dier...
i've been to a few organization.. most of their HR mmg tunggang terbalik.. takde SOP or system to speed up the process.. semua kat sini mmg kena buat KAIZEN and PDCA..... since i was in JAPAN organization for 4 years it is good to have the knowledge and skills in japanese culture...
hmm.. i'll update my workplace stories... kat sini kalau balik lambat dapat merit.. eventhough keje dah habis and can continue tommorrow.. buat la aper2 yang patut masa stayback... surf internet, personal things.. you'll get reward for stayback... WIERD... I have my social life with my princess and hubby...
one more.. nak balik kena bagi tau bos... juzt like KIDZ... treat us like babies... PLEASE... we are grown up people, do we need to follow the WIERD culture!!!!!
